Compressed Non Asbestos Sheets are made of synthetic fiber, natural rubber,filler material and dye. They are compressed and calendered under high temperature and pressure into sheets.  It eliminates asbestos-rubber sheet essentially and thoroughly.  

Non Asbestos sheets usually have resistance at high temperature and high-pressure for media as water, steam, salt, oil, solvents, Sea water, acids and and other general chemicals.

Compressed non-asbestos gasket materials combine non-asbestos fibers such as fiberglass and aramide fibers with rubber to enhance the temperature and pressure performance of the gasket. Combining inorganic and organic fibers with rubber and fiberglass allows for a range of variants that have different mechanical specifications.

These compressed non-asbestos sheets provide excellent ability to seal, torque retention, and heat resistance that eliminates the need for asbestos.
